Soni Singh
Of counsel to the firm on intellectual property prosecution and enforcement, and on commercial litigation and arbitration. A Chevening scholar with an LL.M. from King’s College London.
Soni is of counsel to BRB Legal. She has more than fifteen years of experience in intellectual property prosecution and enforcement, competition law, and corporate and commercial litigation and arbitration.
She began her career as an associate at a large Indian law firm. She was awarded the Chevening Scholarship by the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office in 2008, and completed her LL.M. at King’s College London in 2009, with an emphasis on comparative copyright law, the commercialisation of intellectual property and EC competition law.
She works through matters methodically and with close attention to detail. Outside work, she enjoys travel, fiction, and local cuisines and cultures.
