DPDP Act FAQs
What rights do I have over my personal data?
Five, broadly. The right to access information about your data, meaning a summary of the personal data being processed, the processing activities, and the identities of other Fiduciaries and Processors with whom it has been shared. The right to correction, completion, updating and erasure. The right to grievance redressal through the Data Fiduciary's own mechanism. The right to nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity. And the right to withdraw consent at any time.
