The Influencers’ Code
If I am not producing the video and only performing in it, then what rights do I have, and what will be the rights of the producer?
Generally, the producer of the video will be the copyright owner and will enjoy all the ownership rights. However, the rights in such cases are defined by the agreement entered into between the producer and the artist or the performer. You could, for example, have part ownership or some commercial rights, as per the agreement with the producer.
