ABHINAV BHALLA

Managing Attorney

Abhinav is an Advocate and Registered Indian Patent Agent with a B.Tech. in Electronics and Instrumentation, LL.B. from Delhi University and a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property Rights from King’s College London.


He specializes in intellectual property protection and enforcement, IP due diligence and general corporate including corporate strategy, contract drafting and review.


He was earlier associated with the law firm, Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A. Shroff & Co.

VANESSA SINGH

Attorney

Vanessa has more than 13 years of experience both as a corporate counsel and as a practising advocate with law firms. She has advised on a variety of legal, corporate and regulatory issues. 


Prior to joining the Firm, her last assignment was with Fabindia Overseas Private Limited as their corporate counsel where she gained significant experience of legalities involved in the retail sector. She has earlier associated with the law firm, Link Legal – India Law Services, in their corporate team.

Vanessa has completed her LL.B. from the Faculty of Law, Delhi University in 2008 and Bachelor (Honours) in Sociology from Delhi University in 2004.
