Headnote
Permanent injunction decreed against rogue websites streaming a cricket tournament over which the plaintiff held exclusive digital and television rights acquired from the governing body. The defendants did not file written statements or affidavits of admission and denial, so the averments in the plaint and the documents filed with it were deemed admitted under the Original Side Rules. Relief extended to websites notified during the proceedings as well as those originally impleaded.
