Headnote

A tweaked place name was registrable. Under the Registry's own Manual the name of a sea, a lake or a mountain is accepted prima facie for goods not associated with that geographical feature, and the mark had no reputation for the class 18 goods applied for. The one device mark cited against it was prima facie dissimilar, and had already been got past in other classes.
