Headnote
An order of twenty-six pages was a reproduction of the claims and, in the Court's phrase, a travelogue of the journey through five cited documents. The Controller rested on an aspect of the invention said to carry certain technical features found in two of them, but never explained how. Unusually, the remand was to the same Controller, for a hearing confined to the objection raised in the hearing notice.
